		<description>You are definately right. Taking complete responsibility for your future takes a lot of courage. However, facing your fears can have great rewards. 

One way to &quot;have it all&quot; is to start part time. Find a business you enjoy and devote a couple of hours a day to making it succeed. You won&#039;t get rich this way but you can make a few hundred dollars a month. This should help you build the courage, and confidence in yourself to move into full time self employment, if that is what you choose. 

Don&#039;t get me wrong. Working for yourself is also a lot of work. But, in the end, the freedoms you gain are worth the work it takes to get started.</description>

I keep dipping my toe in and then backing out at the last minute. As horrible as it is to admit....working for someone else, some big company or local business, is taking the easy way out!</description>
